Ghostbusters: Sanctum of Slime aangekondigd
Ghostbusters: The Video Game verscheen vorig jaar. Het spel werd goed ontvangen, en was erg succesvol. Een vervolg leek dus ook logisch. Vandaag leren we dat Ghostbusters: Sanctum of Slime eraan zal komen! Ghostbusters: Sanctum of Slime zal verschijnen voor het PlayStation ® Network, Xbox Live Marketplace en Microsoft Windows en zal een twin-stick shooter zijn. Je neemt wederom de rol van Rookie op je en zal worden bijgestaan door de oude rotten. Het spel zal worden ontwikkeld door Behaviour Studios en niet door de ontwikkelaars van Ghostbusters: The Video Game, Terminal Reality. “ In Ghostbusters: Sanctum of Slime, we are introducing an entirely new look and gameplay experience on digital platforms that will impress new and loyal Ghostbusters fans alike.” De eerste video van de game is inmiddels ook verschenen, en natuurlijk hieronder te bekijken. Wat vind jij ervan? Bionic Commando: Rearmed was een PlayStation®Network-titel die dienst deed als remake van het origineel. Het spel bleek erg succesvol, en daarom verschijnt binnenkort Bionic Commando: Rearmed 2. Deze verschijnt vandaag in een nieuwe video.

Gran Turismo 5 geeft kado op verjaardag
Soms wordt een game uitgerust met enkele extra’s die je niet zou verwachten. Nu heeft de ontwikkeling van Gran Turismo 5 al een eeuwigheid geduurd, maar ook deze game heeft enkele van die extraatjes. Zoals bijvoorbeeld wanneer je de game op je verjaardag opstart, dan krijg je een verjaardagsbericht van ontwikkelaar Polyphony Digital en wordt je meteen voorzien van een auto in je Car Exchange die uit hetzelfde bouwjaar als jijzelf stamt. Het ziet er dus naar uit dat Gran Turismo 5 dieper dan ooit gebruik maakt van ingegeven informatie behorend bij je PlayStation®Network account. Simpel de datum verzetten van je console gaat dus niet helpen om je collectie auto’s uit te breiden. Wat vindt jij? Goed gevonden of een inbreuk op je privacy?

R.U.S.E. – The Manhattan Project Pack
Alle R.U.S.E. fans opgelet. Ubisoft liet via Twitter weten dat er in december gratis DLC beschikbaar komt op PlayStation Network®. Het ‘Manhattan Project Pack’ bevat drie nieuwe multiplayer maps en twee nieuwe multiplayer modes. De nieuwe maps zijn gesitueerd in Noord-Afrika, Italië en ons eigen kikkerlandje voor 2 vs. 2 en 3 vs. 3 gevechten. Wat de nieuwe multiplayer modes betreft; things just got ugly. In ‘Nuclear War’ ben je in staat om Long Tom Canons te produceren, met alle nucleaire dreigingen die daarbij horen en in ‘Total War’ begint het gevecht in 1939 en loop je de tijdlijn elke tien minuten een stukje verder af, waarbij steeds nieuwe technologieën en units beschikbaar worden. ‘t is stil aan de overkant! De gratis DLC voor R.U.S.E. staat gepland om in december beschikbaar te worden op PSN. Bij wie van jullie loopt het water nu al in de mond?
